Programmes & focus areas

Seven focus areas. One public benefit purpose.

To build resilient communities by empowering individuals, advocating for social justice, and transforming livelihoods.

Our focus areas

Building resilient communities
through public benefit activities.

These seven focus areas reflect our core objectives. Vulnerable and marginalized groups are central to the public benefit commitment.

These are our established focus areas. Activity examples explain possible delivery approaches; current services, eligibility, dates and locations must be confirmed separately.

From mandate to activities

Purpose guides
programme delivery.

The Board provides oversight, and Management implements approved programmes and projects. Specific activities should be developed within that structure and the public benefit objectives.

  • Identify the intended participants and public benefit.
  • Connect each activity to a focus area.
  • Confirm scope, expertise and participation arrangements.
  • Report activity and outcome information with evidence.

Programme participation and organizational membership are different. Membership requirements do not automatically define eligibility for every public benefit activity.
